Surveys and Feedback
Customer feedback is of utmost importance in marketing planning. Normally it takes a long time and attracts a lot of cost as teams have to roam around customer to customer or ask for feedback by making calls to thousands of people.
Now we have an affordable, high-speed and effective solution. Our Telephonic Survey and Feedback system will either originate or answer calls from customers and ask questions one by one, giving them option to choose a response from several possible replies. In Pharmaceutical Industry this feature can be used to receive opinion of Doctors on particular medicine. The Chemists shops can be surveyed for the demand of products. If A database of patient is available, then a survey of the prognosis can be done directly with the patients.

Either for recruitment or for any short-listing of candidates the initial filter can be the Telephonic MCQs. Only qualifying candidates/callers can be short-listed and taken to the next step.
Quiz for Doctors can be organized to provide CME and some reward may be offered to make this activity more interesting.
Sales force can submit their report on daily basis through phone by answering several questions raised by IVR. Every evening the management can get figures on ”how many Doctors have been visited”, “what products have been promoted” and similar questions as designed by the Sales Chief.
Employees Competency assessment can also be done through the MCQs, where questions designed by the Personnel Chief can be placed on the system with multiple answer options. Employees may dial the number and respond to the questions giving an insight in to their personalities and competencies.
Quiz
Occasionally Quiz can be organized for Doctors and/or Chemists to develop their loyalty with the Company and the winners may be rewarded to encourage their participation.
On OTC products quiz can be organized for general public to effectively promote products and create awareness amongst masses.
Polling
To develop a consensus on some important decision a polling can be done either amongst the employees or with Doctors so that the decisions are well accepted and the trends of the beneficiaries are accommodated in the decision-making process.
